Okay so far, from what I've experienced anyway, there are three main perk trainers, the one for the costumes, the other for power replacers, and the other for the action figures at the Ren Center. The thing is, the power replacer and action figure trainers doesn't have a description of how to get the perks required to obtain the items.

I would really like to work on getting some of them but I have no clue how to even start. Devs, can you please add descriptions? The costume trainer already has them, why is it that the others doesn't have them?
