So in the test server they've upgraded the damage to do 370 on a full charge, that's something.. but it still costs about twice as much energy as the dual-blade's momentum builder. It does refresh your bleeds, but.. is it worth it?.. or should I just go with something like hay-maker, or the dual blade momentum builder?

Anyone?.. I could really use the advice. As it is I've got with Haymaker, but I'm still considering retconing out or taking dragons bite later.. if it's viable..
