i read a 10 page thread about hatre on the hover boots. play the game some guys and gals.. hover boots with teleport on hot keys?
i can tele then hover 25 feet in the air and shoot. theres tons i use these for i love them.
so again a 10 page thread of hate about the coolest preorder item ever is just foolish.

None of the pre-order items were all that great. The head start was the best, really.

Yeah the headstart was the only reason i preordered from GS. hover boots...Wings...dont care

See, the main thing that bugs people about the hover boots aren't the boots themselves, but the fact they feel lied to.

I will agree, if gamestop had simply said: Hover Boots, people would have been all, Hell yea.

But they said level 1 flight.

I find the boots to be nearly 100% useless. Honestly I didn't even know that I was supposed to get them, so I personally don't feel lied to...but lets be honest, they pretty much suck.

Exactly... and when you treat someone like an idiot or lie to them, no matter the reason unless its a big awesome good surprise, people get ****ed... and I'd say with good reason... its a bait and switch, pure and simple.
