Anyways I look at my ticket that I open two days ago and it got closed.
Thanks for the feedback, we always look forward to feedback!

So basically I filed a ticket for GM to see if they can explain the following problem:
In most games or MMORPG you target the next mob and attack.
In Champions I have to manually target the next mob, and restart my powers.
Often this does not work as I have to get click on my power more then once.
I have played a ton of games and MMORPG dating back to Everquest, and never seen a system where i can't just autoattack the thing standing next to me.
If I hit tab it might goto it, or not... If it doesn't I have to grab the mouse select it and then try to get my powers to attack.
You can't double click to attack like other MMORPGS, you can't continue attacking the next mob after I killed the previous one.
So I sent a request for a GM to explain how this is not working correctly.
I swear I'm doing somthing wrong, but I can't figure out why I can't just attack whats near me.

But thats the thing I found last night:
Toggle, never cancel
Thats what I would expect a anwser from the GM, not from spending the better part of two days looking for.
And it only half solves the problem.
Stupid support I see, never had a bad GM experince since Age of Conan...

Seems I've been playing as long as you and I never remember being able to automagically target things, especially in everquest. You did have an auto attack button, but you'd have to click or tab target something and hit 1, or a, or `, dependant on game to get the auto attack started. (Wasn't it fun telling people to run up to the guard and type hail?)
Anyways, there are other options on that same page to tailor how your attacks work. You can not only set the dropdown box to be toggle, maintain, but you can set the option so you can automagically target the nearest enemy, theres also one to only need to hit your power button once (by default the first press automagically targets the enemy, and the second press activates the power), and theres even one that will allow your melee attacks to hit an enemy that is inrange even if your target is out of range.
I hope this helps you out. If not and you were looking for a game that automatically does everything for you, there's always Progressquest or Jade Dynasty :)
Edit.
Possibly they thanked you and closed your support ticket because they believe you were informing them that it wasn't working correctly (like you stated here in your post). Therefore they would be looking into the function your talking about, believing you already know what your talking about since your telling them it isn't working (when it actually is).

Well thats what I meant to say.
Everquest, you hit tab to target and ~ to attack often.
This game I can't get it to target or attack correctly. And having to fix it manually using the mouse or re-targeting costs time and health.
Sighs I think they just have the options strange.

Yeah, the options are different from any other game i've seen. You can fine tune them to do exactly what you want them to do, you just have to fiddle with it a bit. May make it frustrating at first, but once you get it set up, its wonderful. :D Good luck.
