A concern of mine right now is not being able to zoom out more. I mean seriously, come on, I'm so close to me that I get uncomfortable being next to me that much.

here's what I did. I've found that for most cases a camera distance of 55 works really well for me so ...

/bind n cam_dist 55

/bind numpad1 cam_dist 55
/bind numpad2 cam_dist 75
/bind numpad3 cam_dist 100

then to use these binds with all my characters I saved my them using the / command that i can't remember atm :) i t was something like /save_binds_file <file name> or /binds_save_file <file name>. w/e the case it's fairly easy to find in game. I hope this helps a bit.

Now is would 100 be the maximum distance you can zoom out by using the scroll on the mouse? If so, that's my problem, I want to zoom out more than that.

I want this too. In COx you could zoom out to I think 200 or 300% which is what I really prefer.

no, i believe the default max camera distance is set somewhere around 30.

The default camdist is 30. You can zoom out at least as far as 1000 for a citywide view. Of course, you can no longer see yourself then. ;-)

Now I shall make a request for that not to be only a bindable option but one that can be used to scale with the mouse scroll, just like good old CoX.
