Regen used to use DEX/EGO for the crit chance which made it "scale" but now CON is the only superstat to take.

Course I went DEX EGO and can't afford to respec at my level, so thanks DEVS for changing this without warning or a free respec.

Regeneration scales with Recovery.

This has been added to the powers description for the next build.

It should no longer crit, that was a bug.

Gee, if only there was some way to tell the players players the paticulars of things fixed and changed after game updates.

Well duh... there is such a things. That are called patch notes. You should use them sometime Cryptic. Those post-it-notes you call patch notes don't count. Even if the changes run 15 web pages long, you need to create them. And saying you don't have time is not excuse. IIt's called properly documenting your changes. The documention isn't for you, they are for the person will be maintiain this stuff 6 moths or more from now.

And honestly hand wirrten patch notes? Try to entering the 20th centurry.. Your patch notes should be mostly automated using the logs from your version control system. You can always to pull the changes your don't want public posted from the generately list.
