As the question states... does Regen scale with the CON stat? Is it worth taking a regen build without CON?

This has been added to the powers description for the next build. It should no longer crit, that was a bug. |

I know they changed the way Regen worked at least once during Closed or Open Beta. However, I'll take your word for it, Regen doesn't scale. Also who is WeirdBeard?

Agreed, the closest thing Regen had to tieing to a stat, was dex allowed it to crit. No clue whether my dex/ego build increased the amount critted, but it was critting, until launch day.

Resurgence however appears to be tied to your max hp as a % of some kind. Noted from watching the number change as i put on my con gear.
