Overall I think Cryptic did a great job with allowing diverse travel powers but there are a few iconic ones that should be added at a later date.
Magneto's bubble hover thing: I always liked how Magnito traveled it had a sort of ominous nature to it. You should be able to color the bubble thing too. (did he use magnetics to travel?)
Motorcycle: A lot of heroes have used motorcycles through out comic history. There is Ghost Rider, Wolverine and Batman just to name a few. Could be a cool power for themed characters that don't mind not being able to jump.
Go Go Gadgetcopter: seriously how many gadgeteering players wish they had Inspector gadgets deployable helicopter blades. Would be an awesome travel power.
A REAL ice slide: Need I say more?
Climbing: There should be a travel power that combines climbing into it. Spiderman and many other toons could climb up vertical walls with just their powers or gadgets. Maybe acrobatics?

I want a jet cycle like the ones Viper has lying around, why do they get cool toys and I don't?

Motorcycles and vehicles... yes please
Gadgeteer stuffs... yes please!
Climbing... in game already... I have a character with Acrobatics and its SOOOOOO much fun! The CRUNCH on the ground when you land from a height is really appealing and the leaping and zooming about... and there is nowhere at least in the early stages of the Desert area that I have not been able to get to... I do not know how well that would work on skyscrapers though obviously.
I'll add one I feel is missing though... I would like some sort of ability to change the hover disk or buy or unlock more types or something. I am using that for one gadgeteer and one for my sorcery Champion and would rather have other options available than the simple disk.

Acrobatics doesn't allow you to "hang" on the side of a wall. I want to just perch there and wait for a group of mobs to wander by so I can get the drop on them.

@ Tanuki
Yeah that makes me mad too! :(
So I use my TK toon to lift the jet bikes and throw them at Viper's out of spite.

I can't stomach any more roflcopters after war.
But a big thumbs up to motorcycles. I suggest two types with crotch rocket, cruiser, and chopper. For those wimpier heroes that can't handle eating bugs perhaps a road king or gold wing :p

I soooooo want vehicles added. Hoverbikes would be something that can be added without much effort other than some graphics ( I would think ). You could even go so far as to limit the use of powers when on vehicles to make it truly more of an effort and truly unique compaired to other flight powers.
I also would like to see some variations of poses for the different travel modes. Since you can choose emulation points for powers, would be nice to select flight or running characteristics as well. The only thing I am not too excited about with the accrobatics is the truly animae style of running. Would like to have different poses for that power as well as some of the flight models.

The Bus Pass; some of us Superheroes have to work on a budget.

Although a 'propper' climb would still be appreciated.
