Field Surge seems to be broken, doesn't apply the graphic, or give damage reduction, or stay on the buff list for full duration if you aren't getting hit. It IS counting as an energy form, allowing you to charge Force Cascade, but only if you act quick enough before the buff that does nothing disappears. Submitted ticket in game as well. Hopefully this can be resolved as quick as possible, thank you.
