5 days later and my game account still has not been updated with the lifetime sub. Also still no word from cryptic after being promised to be called or emailed i've gotten nothing. i attached screens as proof one is my account showing only pre order. another is showing email confirmation of my purchase and another is showing where they got the 199.99 on the 26th. i edited out personal details. i know the game comes with the free 30 days but i am not getting to use my costume pieces i get as a bonus or the action figure and its really frustrating paying 200 for something and not even knowing WHEN you will get it. only reason i am posting this is because i am tired of being told i will be called or emailed tomorrow and tomorrow was 5 days ago.

As Far as I know you will not be able to use any of the bonus items until the offical launch of the game on Sept
1st. They should be in you inventory at that time

the pre order items are sep 1. the lifetime bonus stuff i've seen people using. the biggest thing is not knowing when i will get what i paid for. wouldnt be an issue if they said " you will have it on the 10th" but i don't know when and also dont know why they can't just add it to my account. just very very frustrating. i still won't resort to threatening to quit like some people but i am very frustrated. Not even really mad or claiming cryptic does a horrible job actually i think they are doing fine work all around just like i said above i'm frustrated over the situation.
