The servers are up, but I cant play the game. why?
always appears:
"No shards found: You have a ticket with 1 permission pairs, but no shards..."
What does mean ?

well, no shards is basically the death message

try uninstalling and re-installing the client in a different location



also, for future reference, there's a noob question forum for things like this. Not to shoot you down or anything, just pointing it out.

Dont work. server down again.
