I have leveled up a munitions an PA toon to during OB but haven't tried ice yet. I loved my ice/clod corruptor for PvE an PvP in COV an hope this set is similar. Any info or advice? heres a build I'm thinking about. Thank you for your time:)

Are you picking up Empathic Healing to self heal, or support others? If you're hoping to use it as a self heal, I'd strongly recommend against it. The maintain breaks on damage, and from what I've heard healing is insta-aggro. If you're looking for a self heal, I'd suggest Resurgence and Nanobot Formula. Get the advantage for Nanobot that adds the heal, and you've got some serious staying power. Also, from what I've heard, Wall of Ice+ Shatter is a great combo for Ice, you may consider getting those a little sooner. Maybe replace Frost Breath with Wall of Ice, then take the frost steps perk for Wall of Ice.

I'd also suggest END/CON over END/INT. I don't think the power cost reduction will be as beneficial as the added HP would be. You're going to be pretty squishy in Ice Form, the extra HP should make a big difference. Also, don't use the Avenger role unless you have an excellent tank. The +20% damage isn't really worth the loss to your HP.

I'd swap out the ice shield for force shield and get the force sheath advantage for it. Ice cage i'd also swap out, probably for another hold from somewhere as it's really not very good. And just colour both of them light blue to look like ice, that's what i did anyway :p
