I keep typing in my account and password at the login screen and all it says is can't authenticate. This is the first day i've had this problem what is going on?

Same, been locked out of the game for a few hours now. I was hoping with the improved performance in the head-start bug's like this would be knocked out of the system by now.

I had no problem yesterday, but now I get the "No shards gound Authentication failed". The funny thing is I was playing an hour ago and now it decides to act up. I submitted a ticked and hopefully they can act fast.

still not fixed.... :( and i totally payed for pre release mmm not looking good for me actually buying this game.

Are any Dev's going to pay attention to this. Hello you have PAYING customers here who can't play the game can you at least explain how and when you'll be fixing this problem???

I'm having the same problem. I've found that when it acts up I log out and back into windows. Then I can connect again for a few hours until it happens again.

Yeah the support's awful for this game. I've been posting CTD reports back to them and posts here all day with goose egg response. Now mine is version mismatch which they're patcher apparently doesn't check. This is increasingly looking like one ugly launch.

yeah I've posted tons of tickets. I can't believe they would be this negligent to there paying customers. It's a great game and I love it when I can play. But with support like this the game sadly will fail for sure.
