The patch notes are empty for me. All they say is:

General

* Purchasable perk pets now bind on pickup.
* Removed powers trainer functionality from crime computer.

Then nothing. I clicked on all the different categories but there's nothing besides this. Anyone able to read the full notes? Or is it just borked?

The empty patch notes is a bug, and will be fixed next patch.

I hope they fix it soon. I may not be able to sleep, not knowing what is changed!

Maybe it's a really really tiny patch? :\

This is what I'm thinking. It lists two changes, so perhaps those are the only two things that were changed.
