It feels like the character response time from when you press a movement key to when you actually move is off. It's almost like your character has to take a second to think about where he's going. Is this supposed to be that way? It just feels wrong.

It's not my PC, I have a very high end PC and it performs with high FPS just as well with everything maxed out as with everything turned down.

Is anyone else feeling this way? It is a good game, but I can't play like this.

It's probably got something to do with the hundreds upon hundreds of people all playing in the same areas at once.

In a lot of ways I don't envy early access people, but also know that normal launch is going to be this way as well..

Hmm it was like this in Open Beta too. I don't know what it is but it just doesn't feel right. I don't think it's lag, it doesn't feel like lag. It just feels like the character movement is not tuned correctly or something. Not responsive enough.

Can't say I had that problem in Open Beta. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Could I get a reply from a Dev or something? I really want to play but this isn't right. No one else feels sluggish when they move their character around?

I had that problem the first night of open beta. I was using old video drivers and did not have my settings right.

I don't have that experience any longer.

What settings did you change?

Turning your lighting down to low changes A LOT!!!!!!! of the graphics and speeds the game up a bunch, performance over quality? :D
