so I am level 15 and I am starting to notice the default power armor set is not very officent for it's power set. So my question is, when I make my custom frame work what should I make as my two main stats intead of str and int since str has no value to my power suit who focuses on ranged attacks? Int and dex?

End/Int End/ego End/Con Are all viable, depending on what you are looking for. Even Dex/Ego should potentially be possible. For a stand-alone Power Armour set I'd go with End/Con or End/Int though, depending on whether you take invulnerability as passive.

Str/int is very good for a pvp PA build. If you want to go full offense, pve then go int/end.

Fyi, why str is good. Throw is just fun, but not really super useful admittedly. But the additional scaling for invul defense. The knockback resist, and especially the extra kb force with concussion beam.
