I guess the moral of this story is, Do not order from HMV xD

I'd like a dev response or something just so I know they're aware that HMV has messed up.

Plus I'd really love to be playing this right now!
Why didn't I order from Amazon or Play!

I'd just like cryptic to let HMV know, I've already lost one days headstart now because of HMV's lame mistake

yeah, i'd be nice if there was some acknowledgement that a mistake has been made, as well as word on how.when it'll be rectified.

Indeed, If they reply to my customer service and tell me theres nothing they can do, heads will roll.

I had really hoped I'd get to play this today, but its now 1:30am in the Uk and no sign of an answer.

I hope this gets resolved in time for me to actually play the headstart, else what was the point in me preordering.
