The reason is clearly that none of your builds were significantly affected by the changes...

What constitutes significantly affected? Well that would be...brrrr...cough....gag...ack...*

People who should have gotten a retcon, IMHO, include anyone who had:

-- Enrage
-- Aggressor
-- any Aspect, especially Ethereal
-- any Form
-- 2GM, Shotgun Blast, Gunslinger, Lead Tempest, Gatling Gun
-- any Aura passive
-- Sentinel Aura
-- Protector Mastery
-- anyone who potentially would now be taking Concentration, Compassion or Manipulator

In other words, so close to "everyone" that just giving every character a respec would have been the way to go.

Also, there should probably be an official notice that Power Armor is going to see major changes shortly and it's probably not worth it to rebuild PA characters quite yet.

No retcon for me, and my main, a heavy weapons dude, had enrage and IDF, but no aggressor. Kinda screwed now with two forms that can't be used together.

Wow .. thanks for a 20% damage nerf due to the fact thast Aspect of Infernal now gives me big +2% per rank,
but also what the hell have you done with the aura ? And then not even a retcon ?

another reason i want to switch now directly to form of the tempest .. and i really loved the old aura,
but this and the scaling on INT or EGO is just horrible, but that was said many time in the PTS forums.

Also the Power and Tooltip text is totally wrong :
