I opened a Freeform Slot Grab Bag and it stated that I had unlocked a character slot. When I logged to check, it was not there. I have several formerly gold characters that I had converted to silver that may count as over the limit for character slots for silver players. The same thing happened when I unlocked the free character slot given to everyone some months ago. Is there a way I could get access to this freeform slot?

I am having the same problem as well. I unlocked a freeform slot but when I logged in and out to check, I did not see one. I would have taken a screenshot but I didn't realize this kind of thing was an issue so I didn't at the time. I would try again but it seems rather unfair and I am not sure if the same thing will occur again. I've sent a ticket but I am unsure if it will be answered. I was hoping to make some purchases too in the c-store but I'm not sure what will come of that either. :(

Has this been resolved yet for anyone? Mine is still missing. I bought three bags from the store, got the slot on my first bag, and salvage on the rest. I put in a ticket, but it is missing. Can someone please tell us what is going on? Needless to say, I will be hesitant on ever buying something from the store again.

Same for me. Bought like 10+ bags and got it from daily :-). But no unlock in the character screen. I submitted it to support, hopefully they will be able to resolve it.

My friend has not received the FF slot. 3 weeks already since we submitted a ticket to PWE/Cryptic Studios on their website. They always say that it's a known issue and they're working on it.

yeah not cool. i've been farming q like mad to get the ff bags in hope of unlocking an ff slot (i just want one for a concept toon no i do not want to sub walk away with your comments on me subbing) and hearing this is freaking me out, if i do get the slot unlocked and it's bugged then wtf ??????

Yeah... i'm just getting ****ed off now.

I was going to buy more bags (actually giving cryptic money) Well F that.

How can they seriously expect me to spend money, on something that is risky to begin with, but then after i get it, it'll bug out and not appear.

How can i buy more in hopes of a second ff slot if 1. Untill they fix my already missing ff slot, i can't buy more, in the off chance that i DID manage to win a second, they'll see the second slot, and assume it's the FIRST one and then i have to somehow prove it's a different one.

or 2. i manage to win a second one, but it also bugs out and vanishes.

I am still fricking waiting for one of them to fix my issue with the first slot not appearing, and i'd prefer it happen soon, at this rate, ff bags will be long gone before they even respond with a "you're sh*t outta luck" causing my to miss out doubly so on something i had wanted.
