Trying to get this pistol reskin, but Bisselle doesn't like starting his speech lately (or it's just me) XD Is the item still available? I'll try again, with better chances of it dropping at second place or lower? :)

It's a power-replace item. They have been entirely removed from the drop tables.
Back in the day dropped solely for first place on low chance anyways.

The item itself still technically exists, but there's no way of getting another, and no telling if anyone even has one in stockpile for anything less then 'All of the globals'.

Edit: Also, Bisselle is broken.

Haha, oh wow. So it's gone, there's one exactly like it in the pent house hero room, and Bisselle is broken. XD

Thank you for the update. I'll look around incase anyone still has one :)

The current plan is to have that kind of costume unlocks available on a vendor at some point.
