All of your info gathering tools are just plain bad.

The survey for alerts.. none of the info the players wanted to impart to you was available.

Hell even you "cancel subscription" survey has no possibility of giving you any information you could actually use to make your game better.

It's so so very sad. You used to get so much praise for being in touch with your player base and listening and responding.


Now player interaction comes in the form of "free bug testing" and "make content for us".. Hell you don't even hire your own moderators for the forum. At least then when there were 12 threads complaining about the same thing *cough* grab bags */cough* they could be sure to forward that info to a Cryptic employee.

You collect bad info. You make bad decisions. You close your ears and eyes. Then duct tape your mouths..

Where was that on your "Cancel My Subscription" or "This game is awesome" survey?
