So here's my first entry. The second will hopefully come before this ends.

Bio:
Alison Taile was a biochemist working on a formula to cure flesh wounds and other high-risk wounds. However, most of her research ended up killing more than it cured, reports even state that some lab rats exploded!
When Alison had used around a thousand lab rats her research was shut down because no one wanted to fund her project anymore. With the last of her small fortune she went on with her research but this time she used herself as test subject. The money didn't last for long and she was forced to begin her criminal career. Over a period of 11 years Alison had gained a lot of new abilities such as hardened metallic skin and increased strength, she had also made a small fortune for herself from bank robberies and heists, and while doing so, she got known as just Taile.
She was captured a couple of years ago in her base on Monster Island and imprisoned in a remote cell on Monster Island.
Recent messages report her missing from the cell and imply that she is heavily armed and extremely dangerous and that backup for her rescue have arrived. And with her brute strength and sharp intelligence she'll prove a hard challenge, even for experienced heroes.

First Entry

Villain's name: The Sugarplum Fairy

back story: To say Nina Macintyre had anger issues was being kind. Nina was a borderline psycho. There was only one thing that ever brought peace to her troubled mind and that was dancing. When she danced, she was transported to a world of her imagination inside her own mind. A world where the voices stopped. Where the taunting stopped. Where the commands to kill stopped. Mostly, at least. That's why she's given her life to the Millenium City Ballet for the last twelve years, throwing every thing into being the best at her art.

When she was offered the coveted role of The Sugarplum Fairy in the company's yearly Nutcracker event, Nina felt as it was a dream come true. Until the big night came. Black Mace and his gang had attempted to take the ballet patrons hostage, only to have the plot interrupted by Defender. As they fought, the audience fled and the auditorium sustained much damage. Not only would tonight's performance be cancelled, so would the entire season.

Nina's mind snapped and she vowed that the supers of the world would pay. Everyone would finally pay! You see, Nina had another interest she was good at that made her happy - the dark arts of magic. Now Nina would transform herself into her own twisted version of The Sugarplum Fairy and the world would dance for her enjoyment...dance until they died.

Villain one: UltraZaark (Zaark)
Powerset: Power Armor/Electricity
Minion Type: Robots

UltraZaark was once Zaark, a robotic criminal from an unknown planet who traveled from planet to planet conquering and assimilating all sentient life. All that is known about him is that he hates living creatures, calling them "inferior life forms" and seeks to destroy and, if useful, take the remains and create new robotic beings to join his growing army.

Upon several defeats by the robot champion Reginald, who was created by the scientists at Silverback Labs to assist the city's heroes against such world-threatening forces, Zaark rebuilt and upgraded himself. Once a wielder of electricity, he is now a walking tank with a full armament designed solely for destruction. This new and improved form became known as UltraZaark. He now leads an even bigger army also loaded with weaponry to aid in his plan to conquer the universe.

UltraZaark has heard of Mechanon, and if he should find him, will force him to join his army or be dismantled and assimilated.



Villain one: Dax Varneth
Powerset: Electricity/Darkness
Minion Type: Infernals

She is Dax, half human half alien displaced Priestess of the tyrannical world of Aard. She is the mistress of power both arcane and scientific, being the daughter of an Aardian scout and Mater Tenebrarum, one of the most powerful witches the Earth has ever known. She is beautiful, charming, ... and devious.

She is a master of political manipulation and possesses the charm and beauty of a viper, lulling those around her with kind words of wisdom and masquerading as another champion for the cause of justice. She finds this easy because it is partially true. She intends to make Earth like her home world, ruled with the lawful justice of her iron fist.

She is Mater Potestas, the Mother of Power, Mother Superior and leader of the Five Mothers. They are a group of women some would call witches, powerful enough to affect world events. She is even now rebuilding her Sisterhood of followers on this world, and she is dedicated to creating a new society under her supreme matriarchy.

Once Chancellor of the council of Aard, the planet she came from, it is rumored got that position by the mysterious deaths of those above her, and that she may even be personally responsible. Nothing will stop her subtle yet vicious rise to power.

Name: Snow Cat
Power : Ice
Minions: Frozen Minions
Background: Snow Cat was created in a lab on Monster Island for the sole purpose of destroying Defender and his fellow wannabe heroes,The Champions. His personality is on the borderline of insane and intellectual scholar. He will capture his prey using eloborate traps then release them out into the frozen tundra of Canada to watch them go insane from fear and confusion before he makes his final assault. Do to popular belief using a laser pointer will not make him run spastically in circles but it will grant you a swift death.

Name: Ilenith V'han
Powers: Might and Gadroon Tech
Minions: Gadroon

Angered by the lack of progress by the Gadroon High Command on Earth the Gadroon Empress sends one of her Enforcers to stir the troops. Given orders that she may now engage the local meta-humans Ilenith pits her great strength and advanced Gadroon technology against Earths finest.

A fierce warrior Ilenith first uses Gadroon tech to trap her victims then teleports close to pummel them with her strength. Knockback should be a must for her. Maybe a roomsweeper? With teleports to attack.


(This has been a lot of fun I've racked my brain over the choices for villians....Good Luck Devs you have your work cut out for you...)

MINIONS : Has brainwashed Gadroon soldiers, but is working on a creating his own minions from technology and mysticism / magic. The results are small, but strong golem type creatures that follow his commands without question (though they are not to smart) These new minions have Brick power set.

Born on a backwoods farm near Los Alamos, NM, his disfigurement kept him away from public contact. Though raised by loving parents, he soon developed a mutated superior intellect and decided that he was better of taking care of himself. At the young age of 10, he disappeared into the night, never to be seen again by his parents. He traveled at night and moved from city to city, living in the underground world of sewers, caverns and subterranean mines. Stealing what he needed to survive and prosper, he managed to create a well hidden homestead under Millennium City. Once his place of residence had been finished, he began working with Gadroons. Tricked and mind manipulated, he managed to "convert" many to his cause alone. To this day, his lairs location is unknown, and he takes what he wants from Millennium City without regard to life or limb. His super intelligence and mutated body serve him well with the ability's of psionics / teckhead / mysticism. To this point he has undertaken work with Witchcraft's sister Talisman to create his own minions. A not too bright golem type that will eventually replace the brainwashed Gadroons.

Name: Harpy Queen

Back Story: Celine Zarus had always been ambitious, brilliant and ruthless. By age nine she was running an identity theft ring. By her twenties she had moved on to corporate espionage.

It was this latest endeavor that found her on a cruise ship near the Ionian Islands of Greece, stalking a powerful financier. The ship was attacked by the super villain group G.R.A.B. and nearly destroyed. As the ship foundered, Celine dove into the black waters of the Ionian Sea.

Her limp body washed up on the rocky shore of the island of Stamfani, where she was discovered and cared for by an aging monk, the island's sole inhabitant.

As she gained strength, Celine watched the monk carefully. Every night he descended a spiral staircase, produce a golden key, and passed through an ancient stone portal that shone with golden light..

Her strength returned, Celine murdered the old monk in his sleep and stole the key.

Behind the door, Celine discovered a glowing chest that contained an ancient golden necklace. Voices seemed to whisper in her ear as she watched her hands lift the chain and fasten it around her neck.

Suddenly Celine felt her mind violently pushed aside by an entity of unbelievable malevolence and with her last glimmer of awareness she understood the force the old monk had had tried so long to contain. In Celine's place now stood Celaeno, The Dark, The Harpy Queen, and it was time to release her sisters.

Name: Kiss Knuckle
Powers: Might (mostly), with a dash of Martial Arts Unarmed and Teleport
Minions: Thugs or Prisoners, usually works alone.

Background: Kelly Diamond was as ordinary as ordinary gets in Millenium City. Her dad was a big time hero who was part of a line of heros that passed on their powers from generation to generation... you know, it was bad enough that the powers went to her older brother, but it was worse that he had to keep butting into her life and ruining her fun. So she shoplifted and partied and generally had a good time of things until some hex or curse or super science gone wrong stripped the family powers and passed them on to her. Now the spandex goody two-shoes were on the other foot! It was about time someone showed these stuffed shirt heroes how to party! Mistakenly named after her first battlecry, Kiss Knuckle has become an active nuisance to pretty much everyone, taking her rough and tumble brand of fun to the streets. She's not sure how long the powers will last until her brother steals them back, but she's planning to enjoy them every minute she can hang onto them.

Personality: Kiss Knuckle is a celebrity party girl gone super-wild. With the powers of her family's heroic legacy fueling her mad benders, she's a force of nature looking for a good scrap. Look out, fellas, she's single, too.

Name: Murder Doll
Powers: Dual Blades (knives preferably, falcatas in-game) some Darkness/Fear powers.
Minions: Shadow Beasts

Story: She remembers waking up on the table, alive but unalive. She did not think he did it, but somehow the darkness had found her empty body and filled it up, returning awareness without memory to her. She watched for days as he carefully stiched the skin back together and attached the limbs back to her body. She hung suspended as he decorated her perfect white skin. She remained quiet as he arranged her hair and clothes. All the while he whispered the sweet words that he would keep her his forever. But after the boots were laced and the makeup applied and the bedtime story read as he locked her in the glass box next to the others, she knew she would not stay. She let herself out after he'd fallen asleep that night and fell upon him unawares. He would be the first to fall under the work of her knives, but not the last. There were plenty out there to feel the cruel cut of her knives. That is what the darkness inside her told her to do... and she listened.

Personality: Murder Doll has no personality. She is a ruthless killer with a desire to slay whatever she stumbles across. She often remains dormant for days or weeks at a time, but when she moves, it is always to kill. Her powers may be magical or psionic in nature, but regardless, she's creepy as all get out.

Ravage was lost to her family of heros as a young girl, and raised by the purest of evil. The
greatest pleasures she has known have come from causing pain as she feasts on the delicious suffering
of others.

Seeing The Champions as a shining beacon for a world of peace she can no longer comprehend, she has
assended to the realm they call home. Now, after almost an entire lifetime spent in a reality devoid
of the light, Ravage steps out of the darkness and prepares to destroy the heros who's lives she
should have had....

Name: Golden Star
Minions: PSI
Powers: Celestial\Telekinetic Blades

She stands as a leader of sub-branch of PSi, devoted to push limits of human mind even beyond what have Psimon achieved. Even thou that for now she is not match for the PSI leader - her overconfidence makes her think otherwise.

Years of exhausting mental practices have driven her mad, thus she now thinks of herself as a new "messiah".
She is know for her habbit to manifest her psionic powers in form of divine symbols, mostly just to inspire awe to her followers.

She now leads a new "crusade" against those "unworthy", leading her cult to the world domination.

Mostly mindles, this creature has no remorse, seeking vengeance. Every human must die, every machine must be crushed. This world must be purified from their wicked presence...
A hulking giant of rotten woods, he leads hords of raging beasts and manimals in his attempt to punish humans.
