Hoo boy, this is gonna be a pain for a while. I have really bad memory so I'm gonna need my new password on a sticky note by my computer for some time to come. Can't be helped though if they think our account data got compromised.

However, I would like to know how certain they are that our credit card info and the like is still secure. That is much more important than something that is at worst a bit annoying.

I don't have a Perfect World account, I have a Cryptic account. When I used the STO link to try to reset it informed me I didn't have a PW account linked to my email.

I didn't get their email at all. It's not even in my spam filter.

When I click on forgot password on the main website it redirects to the front page.

Help! What do I need to do?

And no, I can't just create a new account. I'm a lifetime member since beta.

Make sure you select the Cryptic Account radial button when attempting the password reset.
