I like them. They add some excitement to leveling.

Are these a permanent addition to the game or just here for a limited time?

I certainly hope they are permanent, that would be lovely and help encourage new players to stick with the game.

I'd prefer if they spaced the earlier ones out a bit... 10-15 is a pretty short stretch, and what am I gonna do with all these healing patches. :(

Nah it's fine as-is, and if you can't use them, sell them or give them to somebody else who can! That'd be the community spirit thing to do no?

Unfortunately, the healing patches look like they might be BOP. I definitely don't mind the triumphant recovery, though. That's gonna come in handy. (And I guess the healing patches're probably gonna be pretty useful for silver players using ATs with no self-heal.)

The box on the whole is a nice little something to get, and I hope they are keeping them in permanently.
