# 1 Stuck with Error 31

I'm new and I keep having issues trying to log in and play. I keep getting a error 31 whenever I press the Patch Button. Could someone please help???

Have you tried reinstalling?

You can just delete the folder, or if you play through Steam, you can go to Library -> Champions -> Delete Local Content.

Then you install...

I think I did but I'm going try one more time see if I forgot delete or so.
