So I was looking at my Character select Screen, as I've done quite a few times before.

And I thought.. It'd be nice to be able to rearrange my characters. It's not gamechanging or anything, nor is it something I absolutely NEED, but to me.. I don't know, I'd like to rearrange my list so that my current favorite characters would be on top.

It's purely cosmetic and has no effect on the level of joy I get from playing this game.

Anyone else feel this feature would be nice?

PS. I did a search and found this had been suggested before, but I figured it'd be ok to post again, seeing as the post I found was from 2009.

Agreed. I'd like to arrange them in theme myself. So any way we can drag'n'drop them into our own preferred order would be awesome.

Right now I have only three characters, so it isn't really an issue for me. If I had all the funds I wanted I wouldn't have more than six right now, and I don't anticipate ever wanting more than nine or maybe ten.

But I know there are several player with many more characters than that, and even at lower numbers it would be handy to be able to arrange them. In my case I'd want the ones I'm currently playing the most at the top, and the more-or-less retired characters at the bottom. And of course other players have other schemes they'd want to use.

So, I support this notion.

/signed, I've created a thread about this and seen it at least twice after. I know they were put up last year as well so the search feature seems a bust lol

It would be very cool if, in addition to being able to rearranging our characters, if we could sort them by name, age (by creation date), type (by passive, if applicable), and perhaps by other factors - character height, SG affiliation, or user specified.

It irks me that related characters in my group are far apart in the list - for instance, my PSG leader is halfway down the list, but his robot daughter, who I created before him, is in the top slot.
