... going to get a unique advantage to call its' own?

I really like Pulse Beam Rifle, so I tolerate Particle Rifle as an energy builder because I hate weapon switching (at least on my current character).

Really hoping someone can give me some good news and tell me it will get an advantage (besides the generic Accelerated Metabolism) sometime. Since EBs have been normalized, it is definately behind the curve w/o even an effect baked in like a lot of others do...

Here's hoping and failing that... praying, begging, pleading whatever it takes...

Be careful what you wish for. Not every EB has a useful adv. Some have detrimental ones :)

Agreed, absolutely. It's just my version of OCD kicking in... Bad options > no options :)

It should probably get the same one as sonic pistol honestly, given it's a secondary EB next to it.

While we're on the topic, I don't think pyromancer's blades has an advantage either...

A chance for a mild threat reduction might be interesting.

It would be interesting if the advantage provided a chance for the particle rifle to 'surge' with power, causing a pulse to travel up the beam and hit for an extra tic of damage and cause the target to tart burning or something.
