Nice additions as always, Bluh. Like your Rockman homage, but it's almost more Zero or Protoman, but that's just me.

Yeah, the initial design was quite strongly based off of Zero. Another revision gave him some orange on his shoulderpads (which were much smaller), and helmet, which resulted in him looking a bit more like pulseman, an entirely unrelated character. Then I decided to trash the orange, turn his limbs metal, and then turn the shoulders into gigantic balls.
If anything, he looks like a derivative of the metal-hero type character, save for that giant gun-arm. Still, I stuck with the same backstory because "I GOT A MOTHAF***IN GUN FOR A HAND!"

Late to the party as I rarely come to this section of the forums but:
Very nice work, Bluhman.

And I am quite late to this reply, but thank you ClockMaker!
But now I have 2 more people on this huge list.
Power Armor with rockets. There really is nothing better than charging two rocket blasts at once and doing upwards of 4000 damage at level 20. This guy's build might be what Screamin' Eagle's build should have been from the beginning... If only he wasn't already level 40. In other news, look at that goofy nose.
Oh, hey, it's my first real Ice character and she isn't even fully Ice. The gameplan for this seems to be turning out to have the damage-dealing moves all from Ice, and use Fire as backup for energy generation and defense reduction. Also note that Ice Blast with its advantage is pretty much the only good blast in the game. Just saying.

| Commander Zeppelin - An American-Born airship enthusiast, Commander Zeppelin also happened to be the president of his college's Steampunk club, and had done fairly considerable work in creating smallscale models in creating impressive balloons, powered by all manner of implements, ranging from fans to jets. When his work on his newest project, a 1-man jet powered dirigible, was sabotaged by local hooligans, he pretty much went ballistic and went off to create something entirely different; a full-scale flying fortress, followed by a national call-to-arms from his associates, and a suit of armor, powered by jets, capable of firing impressive volleys of missiles and suppressing gunfire. Now, Commander Zeppelin uses his armor and backup crew to wage a full-out war on the criminal forces of the US! |

| Phasechange - Once a hero of the bronx who wielded a rudimentary manipulation of ice, an influx of newer heroes caused her to lose her prominence - as well as her primary source of income. After losing her license to superheroism and her home, she was left to herself for several years until she was kidnapped and experimented on by ARGENT, who modified her genetic heat-manipulation abilities in order to give her the ability to also generate flame. The experiment ended up going awry, scarring Phasechange's entire body and throwing her abilities out of control. Though looking much worse for wear, she is now an immensely powerful elementalist who wields both the powers of fire and ice, capable of adapting her body to easily stand up to either heat condition. |

Ha, again very nice characters. Zeppelin is especially awesome. Let's hope a big ol' flying fortress will be one of the vehicles they talked about in the SotG.

the thing i love about your outfits, Bluh, is that you make subtle details. Like the nose on Zeppelin being slightly red, almost as if he's been flying around and his nose has gotten cold and raw.
Love the new additions.
