Hello Champions,
The account page shows my currently subscribed time as 19 days.
I recently came back after being inactive for about 126 days if I recall correctly from first logging in to my characters but it wasn't until today when I decided to check my account to see what my "subscribed for" number was that I realized that it's only counting from when I came back.
I had canceled my recurring payments to cryptic a few months ago and never converted my account to silver, should my days subbed have dropped? I ask this before I file a ticket to find out if this is how it works.
Leave and lose days subbed?

I don't think you should have lost any days. I'd file a ticket.

Sometimes in the past the "days subscribed" counter in the "my account" part of the website displays incorrectly. I would recommend checking your characters in-game to see if they got the veteran rewards you've earned, and if so I wouldn't worry about it: the website display will just fix itself in time. On the other hand, if you're missing veteran rewards in-game that you're entitled to, then I would file a ticket with support.

I had some days subtracted at one point. Contact Billing Live Support, explain the situation. If you don't get it fixed then, or they tell you it can't get fixed, ask them to escalate the issue. The person I talked to didn't get what I was saying (there was some miscommunication), so they escalated the issue and I saw it fix a week or so later.

Having to bump this makes me sad, but 2 tickets and no response and now the sale of Cryptic to Perfect World is complete, how do I get my days back without going to Atari Billing support?
