So I get just fine up to the point where you can view your character, but when I hit "Play!" on him, the loading bar stop progressing right after the three dots (in the "Loading..."). Ocassionaly there's a "server not responding (x's)" in red font in the upper screen that comes and go, but even after a really long time no progress is made.
Any suggestions?
-disabling firewall and antivirus didn't help.

more data is required.
post the results of a tracert patchserver.crypticstudios.com and a nettest
Nettest:
Go to http://files.champions-online.com/nettest.exe
Download this file and run it
A command prompt should appear running the test automatically
For good connections, column 1 and 3 have values around 500 kb/sec (outgoing/incoming), column 2 has values around 20 kb/sec (transfer rate). If the values in these columns is less than what is expected you may have filtering or blocked ports either on your personal network or from your ISP.

nettest:
unable to allocate performance buffer
contacting nettest server...
local IP: blabla bla bla
ping: 230.8 msec
port: 80: 43 KB/sec 0 KB/sec 0 KB/sec 500
port: 80: 35 KB/sec 0 KB/sec 0 KB/sec 500
port: 443: 25 KB/sec 0 KB/sec 0 KB/sec 500
port: 443: 43 KB/sec 0 KB/sec 0 KB/sec 500
port: 7255:
and it got stucked there.
the second one:
C:\Users\bla> tracert patchserver.crypticstudious.com
Unable to resolve target system name patchserver.crypticstudios.com.
I'm not sure, but I disabled my firewall and antivirus and it still didn't work, so it's not the personal network, right?
Anyway, any suggestions?

this is a peer to peer support forum. if you want tech support from cryptic you need to open a ticket.
the nettest shows you have your ports being blocked (7000-7500) and heavily filtered. either by something on your PC, router or by your ISP or one of its routing partners.

@Pegasus Sounds right. So, what, if it's my ISP there's nothing I can do to fix this?
And I'm using window's firewall.
