When i start the game it makes it half way to the leading process on the Atarti logo loading screen then it just stops there and it never moves please help!!

post a copy of your dxdiag report on your system. if you are unable to attach copy and paste it over several posts

You're running some ancient integrated graphics. Post the rest of your DxDiag file. In some cases, it may be possible to add a $60 video card and get decent enough performance. Or the rest of the computer may be as ancient as the integrated graphics, in which case, it's time to replace it if you want to play games.
