Come on. (spoiler?)*We clearly see guys piloting open-cockpit helicopters in the very last part of Resistance.* It seems like it could be pretty readily doable as a purchasable travel power. A retool of the hoverdisc would probably be the most ideal.

Most of the same things I suggested in my first purchasable travel powers thread remain; modifications such as unusability indoors and combat limitations. Though, maybe it could be a move-set replacer device, kind of like the werewolf and demon ones we currently have.
