Once you reach around level 26, build gets complete and you can do great. You can start farming SL like anything. Gear up and check it out

thank you for sharing this awsume build, i'm new in CO, my main character is a lvl 20 Specialist, i'm gold and i just find out there is a PST, so i tryed your build on it, and i found it really unkillable, but the problem is that when i tried to spam Force cascade the energy bar just can't take a single full charged shoot, so i wonder if i change DEX/INT to CON/END it would be better? survivable and enough energy to spam force cascade, i'm just a newbie, i need some advice before i create my new Champion.

Dex is very important for Dual-Blades because you need it to build your focus stacks quickly and so
increase your damage massively ;)
And without INT the energy cost will be even much higher.

Personally i just haven't skilled Force Cascade .. the only reason you need it is perhaps if you want to run
Resistance on Elite i think.

The nice thing on this build is more the defense side i think .. you can build a lot of Powersets around that
if you are not the fan of squishy characters ;)

My original aim was to fire a small force cascade like a "get off me" power and "Get lost" kind of full power when it is fully charged. You will be able to fire a full Force cascade once an energy form is active. And as Beldin2 explained, DEX/INT is vital for build. DEX for the forms, crits and INT for cost reduction, cooldown time reduction and so on.

ok, i've created a new champ following your build, and i also chosed Dex/Int of course, but i changed a few things, i took Jet boot over Acrobatic, because the animation is cool and i think an unkillable tank don't need to jump and running around like all those fast runners monkeys, the other thing i may change is Pounce i'll replace it by Mighty Leap or Decimate, then i'll add Nailed to the ground on it too, because i like to fight people toe to toe, i hate teleport and acrobatic users, they are like justin bieber to me.

You got too many Heal over time. Can replace one with Resurgence to give a big boost to health. Otherwise the build is basically solid. Nice dual blades as well
