Gotta question and a gripe, how the heck do you end up with a character that practically takes no damage?

UTC T3, had a goon with a few pets that took no damage and was putting out regular crits 1300dmg and up.

No regen, no invulnerability, no lighting reflexes, no defiance, looked like Form of the Master and maybe one of the MA toggles. Did have the Inertial Dampening field. Can that thing seriously tip the scales like that?

My character's all regen and can take a substantial pounding from multiple foes, unless they're belting out near 1k damage steadily I usually don't have any worries, including holds. I got lucky with a character that takes a group effort to put down. I've never run into a single player I can't touch.

This a case of that one odd player that manages to spend an obscene amount of time getting every "fancy" thing they can?

Maybe you mistook Masterful Dodge for Form of the Master?

and if he used Bountiful Chi Resurgence with the Resurgent Reiki advantage along with Masterful Dodge he's pretty much invincible for the duration.

That's just it, no BCR. I use it, they had no glow. I've dealt with plenty of those guys, it takes some doing but they eventually go down. This guy didn't have the massive amount of icons the others are usually packing when they're a dodge build.
