ooh would be very neat, have adv to give powers like Blazing Speed and Lightning Arc to place debuffs like Clinging Flames and Negative Ions, respectively.

CO is the first game Ive encountered where I can combine any powers in the game in any way I like. I didnt realize such an option existed elsewhere. I disliked STO pretty intensely, but I may have to check out Anarchy Online though.

STO is similar but geared toward the techies who can wrap their minds around so many nuances that it's not even funny. I myself enjoy STO from time to time but I'm no overzealous fan by any means.

I have to say I like your ideas here, but I don't think TPs were meant for frontline use. They just to get to point A to Point B. Some of your advantages give double chance for clinging flames or negative ions which then can cause problems with balancing or such as Kinetic Manipulion and Fire flight with clinging flames. It would be nice to have that but I feel you open a can of broken builds with this idea, IMO. If you could have some balancing to it then maybe yes it would be useful to have Super Jump with shockwaves. Some powers like Teleport and Tunneling can be used for escape and I would like to see that ability in the other powers a power become available called escape which locks your powers and gives a decent amount of speed so you can escape from you enemies. Another I'd like to see is Boost. With boost you can increase the rank in power (and in the case of R3 get more speed) while consuming energy. Another is elusive for ground power only which increases your effective level for enemies to attack you are running through the area this also locks you powers and drains your energy to prevent fighting with this.
BUT, I hate how teleport and it's kind work, 10 or 20 sec you come out and fall damage and if lucky you fall and hurt yourself and land in a mob who kill you. What I would like to see here is a toggle for teleport for extended use. with no toggle it works as is. When you toggle the power you teleport as normal till you hit the dropout point. At that time you pick up stacks of Phased which stacks up to 10 times. Each stack phased lowers your damage by 10% at 10 you can do no damage till the stacks fall off, and yes you can be hurt as normal though otherwise this would be broken. after you hit 10 stacks then your energy drains away to 0, but you can stay teleported till the cows come home if you wish. This allows teleport to be used as normal and extended travel without damaging yourself or tiring out your fingers.
Another thing I'd like to see is Acrobatic for 4 advantage points can gain Swinging or if they can ever add it wall leap/climb/run(especially with superspeed and their ilk) along with it.

Wall crawling, or a climbing animation added to Acrobatics and Super Speed. In DCUO Their acrobatics had an animations that when characters hit the wall of a building or ledge they started started climbing or scaling the building and would cling to the side of the building as if holding onto something...it wasn't a perfect animation but pretty general and worked for characters themed in acrobatics or insect or extreme athletics based themes
and for super speed many times have we seen in comics and movies super speeders running up buildings at great speed defying gravity why not here?

I think this would be a great idea for most of us,especially parts that increase flight speed in combat and accelerate digging time.Also I think they should merge swinging and acrobatics as one power.And the speed vortex for superspeed is a classic move,I don't see why it wasn't in CO in the first place.
