Exploiting a bug in graphical/environmental issues to defeat a player is in violation of the TOS.
A knockback from Viper X lodged my character in a wall inside the electrical field of the generators in the SL AP. Between being stuck in the wall in a constant fall so I couldn't use powers to heal or defend myself, being inside the electrical field and being hammered by Viper X and his summoned cronies would defeat anyone fairly easily. This is not the first time this has happened. If this Viper X person continues to exploit graphical/environmental bugs, he should be banned.

Isn't there a /stuck command or something? I also noticed similar TOS abusing NPC's.
A hidden henchman inside a pillar in 'The brains behind the breakout'
While trolling for 'Ninja the Scrolls' there was a Henchman hidden under a raised Shrubbery that only my munitions bots could reach. NI !!.

my Nemesis minions come at me all at the same time. It's like they don't like me at all. I mean I put their boss in jail because he was having them try to take the plutonium out of a live nuke warhead that was 1/2 mile underwater surrounded by radioactive sharks with lasers on their heads... They weren't given dive suits or radiation suits and they kept giving off sparks... I mean come on I showed an OSHA rep what they were being put through and the OSHA rep had a heart attack, turned green and was compressed by the water pressure into the size of a tin can. Needless to say they should stop pestering me about this!

Also there is a /defeatme or /killme feature which will get you back to the respawn point. if you're in a perpetual freefall.

Oh wow, yeah, I had that happen to me once when I was taking Serpent Lantern. I even defiantly outhealed the electricity field whilst wiggling away in the hopes that I wouldn't have to die that time. I hadn't mentioned it because I'd figured people would think me crazy in saying that a boss can merge people with instance walls. It's just one of those crazy things I've noticed, though.
I wish I could drag VIPER-X with me to a certain mission map out in Canada (a VIPER one, too, where you destroy ammunition crates) that seems to have fully self-contained rooms in it that aren't connected by any sort of corridor at all. if I could get knocked through those walls then perhaps I could find out what the heck that's about. Hooray for OCD curiosity.
