Hey so I've been using a lot of other peoples builds for a while now and I've finally decided to branch off on my own, I took a look at the framework guide and tried to create a pure dps single target claw build. Can anyone give me some advice? If my skills are good but you don't feel like they're in the right order for someone to level with, or if you have advice on how I should arrange them for leveling please tell me.

o-o I'm just going to assume I'm doing something right until I hit a wall with this build.

My suggestions are to replace viper's fangs with parry at level 3 (maybe take viper's fangs at first while you level up, then retCon out of it once you get Dragon's Claws) , and to replace Fury of the Dragon Rank 3 with either sword cyclone or eye of the storm.
For PvP I would recommend resurgence instead of support drones on a build like yours. PvP is all about burst, burst damage, burst healing, unless you are a long-lived tank the battles won't last long enough for the support drones to work well. You could leave resurgence at rank 1, and use the advantage points to get versatility on acrobatics, and maybe rank up ego surge (taking rank 2 + nimble mind will make the buff last longer).
Rank 2 TBL is not really useful in PvP or PvE, get nailed to the ground instead, which is a must have for PvP and is surprisingly useful in PvE too.

If you're using Ego Surge for the Crit bonus, you'd be better off using Lock and Load instead. Ego Surge only buffs paranormal damage (for some odd reason), and Lock and Load only buffs ranged technology damage, but inherently comes with a crit buff and cost discount. You can also pick up the advantage on it to reduce its cooldown when using melee attacks.
The only real Claw attack worth having is Dragon Claws, which you seemed to have picked up on. Ditch Viper's Claws for some other generic MA attack. Picking up Inexorable Tides early is a good option.

Alright, thanks guys, i took both of your advice, though, now I have an extra power available, 38.
Also, would inexorable be better than Dragon Kick? I already posted a thread in the combat powers but that was for an AoE dual blades build, would it be any good with claws?

Do you really need another attack that procs rush?
Tides fills pretty much the same niche of melee-cone CC, and does it faster, though for far less damage. Having a good AE damage attack isn't a bad idea though, especially because claws is strictly single target.
