Updated. Opinions?
Going to try and stick with Dex/Ego for the crits, and hopefully get some Energy generation gear. I'll test it on the PTS to see how it goes, as well.
And I will never, ever, ever use Teleport.
EDIT: No block, because, again, it's not something particularly useful - everyone uses whatever that ability is that stops you blocking.
Not entirely sure what's going through my head here, but there's a basic idea. Dexterity affects critical chance. Ego affects Critical Severity. Ego also affects the damage of Ego Blade Frenzy. I don't even know if that's accurate, or possible, but I've seen how some TK PvP builds work, and figured I'd try and chuck together my own.
Uses Dexterity and Ego as Super Stats, coupled with some Endurance gear to help improve Shadow Form. Got a few holds, and what I think is some decent damage output, but most of my builds are... weak, both at PvP and PvE. I try to stick to concept, thoroughly.

Wait, am I going to need a lunge somewhere here?

I've recently had it pointed out to me that Ego Form is the way to go for a build like this. You don't seem to have anything on there that isn't Ego damage anyway, so IMO, pick that up instead of Shadow Form, so that you don't have to fall back on your energy builder or Ego Surge to proc your Id blades (since the Id blades are the ones that get the inherent benefit from your Ego stat).
Also, if you're gonna PvP... get Crippling Challenge on something. You'll need it.

Lunge: Yes.
I feel like you're building with outdated information.
Shadowform scales with super-stats now, like (almost) every other passive.
Ego only affects Ego Blade damage if you have Id Blades out -- it functions like the 20% melee bonus for STR, except Ego blades do not receive the STR bonus and only get the bonus from ego under a specific condition.
Incisive Wit does not stack with any other energy form, rendering it particularly useless unless you're using a defensive passive. Ego Form is the standard passive of choice for TK Blades now. It stopped sucking a long time ago.
Either way, DEX/EGO ends up a very energy starved build. I recommend DEX/END or DEX/INT with Ego stacked with gear and talents.
Oh yeah, you're going to need Tempest Form.
You can retcon out of Ego Weaponry, and replace it with EBF. I recommend that unless you have a real reason to keep it in your build (and there aren't many).

Yes you will need a lunge...
You will also need a block enhancer..
Crippliing challenge on something (ego weaponry can have it) is also a must for PVP and TP is a better bet for melee PVP than flight. TK eruption with enhanced form is another way of getting that 2nd ego blade (if charged for 1 sec or more), Nailed to the ground advantage is yet another must have for melee PVP this can be taken on most lunges if not all and some other powers Ego Sleep for example.
I don't do a lot of PVP myself but this I do know too well... Flying Defile builds can often one shot 20s builds and Regeneration will only work if you've got some health to regenerate. I have a nasty feeling that the serious PVPers are not responding to thread because they're waiting for you quietly laughing to themselves.
Best of luck out there!
Well there were no replies when I started writing this..

: Level 40 Champion
Superstats:
Powers:
Level 1: Ego Blade
Level 1: Ego Blade Frenzy -- Rank 2, Rank 3
Level 6: Ego Blast -- Crippling Challenge Good power for crippling challenge because you would rarely be tempted to use this during PvE play.
Level 6: Acrobatics -- Rank 2, Rank 3
Level 8: Thunderbolt Lunge -- Essence Assault, Nailed to the Ground
Level 11: Form Of The Unleashed Tempest
Level 14: Telepathic Reverberation will help to keep ego storm running while you attack with other powers
Level 17: Ego Form -- Rank 2, Rank 3
Level 20: Ego Surge -- Nimble Mind
Level 23: Force Shield -- Force Sheath
Level 26: Ego Blade Breach -- Rank 2, Rank 3
Level 29: Ego Annihilation -- Rank 2, Rank 3 Some people do not like this power but it is a click power that does a lot of damage. Attack is full charge ego blade breach and tap this and it hits at roughly the same time as the second hit from breach for a large burst of damage
Level 32: Ego Storm -- Malevolent Manifestation, Rank 2 This will be the only stun lock you will need for getting that breach off
Level 35: Empathic Healing -- Rank 2, Rank 3 fast ticking heal that crits often that can be used on yourself while you move
Level 35: Teleport
Level 38: Masterful Dodge
Talents:
Ego blades is a very energy hungry set. It may be better to superstat Dex/Int with a bunch of ego
Edit: I typed this up as a finished build not as a leveling build so some power choices may need to be made in different spots for leveling

IMO, if you're gonna be playing an EB spiker, you're gonna want a few ways to get out of combat, too, not just ways to get in... Evasive Maneuvers w/ Sleight of Mind is one power that won't go to waste on just about any build you put together, smoke nade to further wipe perception can't hurt either...
The concept being to get in, spike, then get outta there... Brawler stance, Form of the Tempest, both are gonna be beneficial to your dmg, your lunge can be used for stuns (brawler for snaring/slowing), spike EBB a couple of times (if you have time), smoke nade -> EM w/ SoM to get away, wash rinse repeat...
Well, at least that's one way you can do it...
Wouldn't be the worst idea to add in a melee-capable block enhancer, too, energy shield or parry, for example, if it won't break your concept, etc.

yeah i know by the time the reply went up there were 2 already.
It's just it reminded me of a Mad Cartoon where a new poker player excalims "Oh boy what a hand!" and the other players have these really evil smiles.

I'm installing Bulletstorm at the moment, but rest assured, I'm reading the thread and mentally revising the build. I do want to try it without going DEX/INT, however. I have another Munitions character that superstats DEX/EGO, and with a little bit of INT splashed around, he manages to get by. Admittedly, however, that's for PvE.

A small amount of INT isn't very useful, generally. Unless you have 100+ INT, you don't get a significant benefit, and you get better energy management from less points of END and/or REC.
