I need advice on mentalist builds this is what i got (pve/pvp) :

Forget about ego surge you dont have the dexterity to make crit severity worth a damn, in other words, don't superstat ego its useless without DEX SS, and even then not always the best choice.

Fprget about psychic reverberations. You are going to run in sentinel role with seraphim. You are going to take ego storm with malevolent manifestion and telepathic reverberation and you are never going to use your energy builder ever again.

Since you are taking tele reverb you are taking mind opener on ego blast, and since its for pvp its also going to be your crippling challenge carrier.

You also need a better clicky. I recommend Elec Sheathe w\energy-matter union unless you decide to superstat dex inlieu of ego(in which case you willl stack ego with gear and talents).

Id recommend taking skarn's bane earlier, and dropping malice for r3. Ego Storm - Collective Will - Skarn's Bane is brutal. With Ego Storm you don't need grasping shadows. Adn psychic vortex isn't particularly useful either. The rest looks fine
