Tho the current selection is awesome, some just don't fit many types of heroes. There's the many cowboy chars running about without a horse, private eyes without a convertible, bikers without a bike.

These three are items are more everyday-type travels, I know, and this -is- a super-power game, but not all heroes have superpowers or are gageteers.

Would something like this even be possible with the current engine? I mean, we do see cars on the street but...*shrugs*

Again, I apologize if this has been mentioned (probably in numerous threads), esp. if the devs already responded to them.

Possible with the new Cryptic engine Champs uses? - absolutely!. Tumerboy is on record as saying theoretically anything is possible with the engine they are using. Player-Vehicles is a much requested topic re: travel powers.

did the devs ever comment on the player vehicle threads? just wondering if they were considering it, never posted anything, or simply said "no".

I can picture it now... driving up the side of a volcano in a corvette... makes sense!

Really, a Clown Car travel power just needs to be Super Speed. Imagine jumping sand dunes in the desert in a clown car!

Dude, a clow car that allows you to carry your entire super group - that would make sense.

And make it a model of a standard car, but with the super shrinker on it and the driver. That way, when you get out, you return to your normal size.
