During some Powerhouse testing on Live, it doesn't seem the advantage Everlasting Light for the power Vala's Light is applying.

After taking damage in the battle room, I fully charge and use the ability on myself, but the 10 second heal over time doesn't apply. Ideally it should, because the tool tip says nothing about the power not working on yourself. Vala's Light does heal yourself when used.

Broken. :(

There is no buff icon associated with this advantage. The only way you'll see it is if you are still damaged after taking the heal from Vala's Light.

I tested this by going into the battle station and letting the NPCs wail on me until I was down to about 25% HP. I then cast Vala's Light on myself and I did see the extra ticks of healing from Everlasting Light show up then.

I''m 99.99% sure I tried this and didn't see a reoccurring heal.

Either way there should be an icon display for it, if it is indeed working.
