Is there a way to change the user name on the accoutn. (CHARACTER_NAME@ACCOUNT_NAME).

IF so can it be domes without affecting the game account?

The @ACCOUNT_NAME part is actually your handle. In the past, if your account name and handle were the same, they used to let you change your handle.

Unfortunately, I can't find anything about it at the support site. (I could have sworn there was a support article about it before.)

I would open an account/billing ticket over there and ask about it.

Don't quote me on this, but I believe you can do a 1-time courtesy change of your handle. Your best bet would be to file a support ticket asking about this.

I was one of the people who was affected by the account creation bug in beta and did not know such a thing even existed until Bloodmoon so my Handle and Login were the same because the option never presented itself. I put in a ticket which was escalated twice and then transferred to billing to be escalated again but they were quite nice and did grant me my handle change.

I could be wrong on this one but I believe this is one of the things that billing handles but I've not had to file a billing ticket since the whole Atari Borg System was implimented so I do not know entirely at this point.

P.S. The process outlined above was a handle change and request for the Street Cone that I did not recieve from the PTS event. This ticket took just over 5 months to resolve. Again, the people at the top were very nice and helpful and I got both things I requested. :D
