As the title says, I can't enter my user name or my password into the launcher. Any ideas?
There's no cursor showing me that I can type there. Even when I tried to enter my info regardless of there being a cursor there still wasn't any change. It just tells me (when I click Submit) is "Unable to authenticate: Invalid username"

I reinstalled twice with no change.

I'm an ex subscriber who's computer specs have NOT changed since I last played.

Having auto fill form option turn on in IE browser will cause problems in entering your user name and password in the launcher.
