# 1 C-Store "Turn into a Werewolf" Item issues.

Hello fellow Heros,

I am a lifetime member and i was trying to purchase the werewolf device from the c-store for my ani-morph character named Morphine. She is level 23 so far. I have plenty of points to spend, i bought a couple thousand, but when i click the buy button, it says my character is not qualified to buy it?

Now the only thing i can think of is that it is maybe level specific and i am not high enough? Or it is for some reason bugged for me, i am afraid to try it with another character because i really only want it for my animal themed character. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone have an idea what i am doing wrong?

Thanks!

This is a bug for some reason they didn't fix. You need an open slot in your device tab and also the first item in your main bag must be empty.

Weird I know...

I'll have to try the "first item slot empty" thing, assuming I can log back in after being booted.

I reported this also - it's being fixed : )

Also make sure your toon has open bag space - you get an error message that sounds like your character doesn't qualify for the item when the message says your bags are full...

Actually, I'm pretty sure it's just the first bag that has to have an open slot...

The only toon that I can't buy a device on is my main. He has a full main bag, but a ton of empty slots in other bags.

My other toons don't have a full main bag and they can buy the devices. At least that's what the web based store says...

I also picked up the Werewolf device and just keep in mind that

1- The Werewolf Power Bar tends to mess up the Power Arrangement on your Hotbar for your main toon when you switch back.

2- You cannot customize the Power Arrangement for your Werewolf so instead of being able to keybind your Alt+ Bar you have to use the 7-0 number keys for the rest of your powers in Werewolf form.

Yeah, I'd like to be able to move the powers around.
