You're right - just tried to logout from outside the network and it didn't work. I'll see if the issue persists once the sites are live again.

I'm having the same problem, noticed it last night. I've been able to log out and in again now that the main site is up, but it didn't help.

"Failed to convert character" Help please:(

Ditto: First-gen LT sub holder here too, yet unable to post there. Also unable to buy super-shrinker and super-magnifier from C-Store, the become Werewolf power nor any gold costumes. There are lots of gold slot goodies greyed out for me, I think the C-store thinks i'm silver too. :o

The message i get when i try to buy those items from the c-store (and i've just topped up so have 2800+ at the mo) is ' Sorry, this item is not available to this character '.

I think it's telling you that because you're gold you already have these items. At least that's what I thought when I saw the same thing.

I have gold membership, downloaded a patch of about 1.5 gig last week and now being required to download another patch of similiar size; is this suppose to happen?

Also, is the beta shard supposed to still be available? Because I don't see it on the launcher.

Well if i do I'd like to know where, because i've looked everywhere and i can't see it!.
Its a C-Store purchase (character selective) and costs 576 points. When i try to buy it in-game or out it says: "Unable to complete transaction, your character is restricted from receiving that item"

I don't know about the growth items. They weren't greyed out and I didn't try to buy one. I was referring to the costumes. It won't even let me try to buy them.
