winter wonderland domination

a portion of MC that is underused, and perhaps a smaller area or two nearby, and turned into a different enviroment. Perhaps some buildings disappear and become odd things, like giant snowmen. some are so covered with snow you can barley make out the same old building that was there before.

have some insane ice making tech based guy be at the heart of the matter. (mimic that ice guy with that ice gun from you know who)

a mini game or two would be nice. or some pain the the butt triggers placed within. like giant snowballs rolling down streets that flatten players, knock them back, etc.
