I'm making a P.Armor with some munitions thrown in. Despite that I don't want too many powers, but I do want to survive. So I was looking for a toggle but none I'm familiar with seem to fit that well if at all.
Before I give up I thought I'd ask around.
Is there a toggle that'll improve my damage or survivability?

Reduces targets defences by 10% for 1.5 seconds. Stacks with itself up to 3 times.
This power is cylinder aoe. So it can debuff multiple targets at once

Ah by toggle I meant a buff I can turn on and forget about.

The only toggles like that in CO are the various melee ones (and Aspect of the Infernal).

Unless you were referring to Slotted Passives, where you have 5 useful options as a Physical Ranged character: Invulnerability, Defiance, Regeneration, Lightning Reflexes, and Quarry.

What???? No FORCE FIELD????
