It was done before...
...why not do it again without having to glitch your way to being headless? It could be as simple as adding in the grondling/zombie spine pieces or just a round area over the neck and making the entire face skeleton invisible or non-existent in the cases like the monster head (particularly the vampire monster head which seems completely untouchable besides for the scale of it.)
Would allow for a lot of creativity, from chest/eyebeam robots to ghoulish foes to heroes with powers of invisibility...
Maybe just a "transparent" skin?

As odd as this is, I like it. I really like it. It might even usher in ghostly apparel so that ghost hat from Burnside isn't so taboo...

I like the idea I can think of a few things that could be done with it and can't see what harm it would cause.

Oooh, if we're going to go down a route like this, you think we could get the option to make ourselves "ghostly" and see-through too? >.> Because I would be very, very happy if we could do that.)

My Halloween character does this in concept, it'd be nice to have it in game. It's all rather 'Sleepy Hollow'.
Who wants to bet, as easy as this would be to do, we'll never see this implemented anyway?

I don't see why they couldn't just do an invisible head as an option - still allow you to put on eye, mouth, top, side, and neck accessories. Then, you could really pull off that "invisible man" look...
The only issue I could foresee would be how to render the part where the head/neck meets the torso. I suppose they could just do a "neck cap" piece like how the robot head has...

Possible (as i can sorta see some glitches with this already) but just add a alpha/transparent option for when building X section of hero.
This way you not only can have headless but invisible wo/man?
this could even be done as just a cash shop option.

Like the ghost hat that's already in the C-Store and unlockable by defeating Ghost Cowboys.
