Inferno: Tier 3 Aoe

You create a towering inferno of flame on a target hwich deals large aoe damage around them. All target hit will get 1 stack of clinging flames applied to them as well.

Adv: Burn it to the ground: The inferno now does 25% of its original damage but any targets hit will also have an inferno created on them as well. For the 10 seconds the inferno lasts players will be able to create massive fire storms in crowded areas.
