Willblack did a major service for the community when he made and posted the framework summery, it got me thinking. All the builds people post are level 40 builds, which usually aren't very helpful for leveling. I want to make a thread thats each framework level 1-17 and what powers you pick, if retcons are needed, and how you use your attacks to progress the level. Perhaps end each one with a level 40 build so people can see what they can grow to. If you think you can do a good job with this please message me and I will add your builds, or the combination of builds if multiple people write on the same framework, to the massive thread I am working on and give you credit.
Here is an example of Fire and how I think this should look.
[Build by championBuilder 0.4.1
Download this Build here.
: Level 5 Champion
Superstats:
Level 5: Super Recovery
Powers:
Level 1: Throw Fire
Level 1: Thermal Reverberation
Level 5: Fire Breath
Level 5: Fire Flight
Talents:
Level 1: The Hero
Getting to level 8 is the goal, more on that later. As soon as you can change your skills at level 5 Firebreath will be your choice. Pick thermal revereration before firebreath to save you some coin later. Do not put any advantages(if you have any yet) on anything.
At level 8 it becomes much easier, you will need to retcon down to this.

: Level 8 Champion
Superstats:
Level 5: Super Recovery
Powers:
Level 1: Throw Fire
Level 1: Thermal Reverberation
Level 5: Heat Wave
Level 5: Fire Flight
Level 8: Conflagration -- Burning Rain
Talents:
Level 1: The Hero
Level 6: Lasting Impression
At this point Conflagration becomes your bread and butter. Be stacking recovery in your gear at this point so you can start fights with the most energy and get the most damage from your SS.
At level 11 you will look like this;

Talents:
Level 1: The Hero
Level 6: Prodigy
Level 9: Diplomatic
Level 12: Investigator
Level 15: Lasting Impression
Level 18: Negotiator
Level 21: Amazing Stamina
Thats an example. The level 40 can have what works best, but I think we should try to stick to core framework in the leveling except for where its very important(like the force shield here).

Just one bump to see if anyone is interested in this.

While I agree whole heartedly with this and love the idea, my personal advice is not to list the build for each 2 levels or so as you did there. Put a level 1-20 build up, with a small paragraph of notes about it (EX:, I retconned out of my 1st tier power and picked up fire breath instead). Even the newer players are smart enough to figure out the rest.
The follow up with a level 40 build is a great finish. If you can manage to get a basic build or 2 for each of the frameworks, between using that as a guide, then Willblack's guide for ideas on how to use synergy and make the build their own at the same time, I believe you would have the 2 most popular stickied threads on the board.
I was working on something similar myself on the side, but if yours takes off I'll sit back and watch with popcorn instead. :)
Best of luck with this one,

I do like the idea and here's a snippet for a seraphim/sentinel build.
This early build works great for the SS : Pre/Int, Pre/Dex and Pre/Con.
Level 1: Radiance
Level 1: Celestial Conduit
Level 5: Conviction
Level 5: Travel power
Level 8: AoE attack : Ego Blade Frenzy or Shadow Embrace
Level 11: Seraphim -- Rank 2, Rank 3
Level 14: Force Shield -- Force Sheathe
Talents:
Innate : Divinity
Rest : Go with your SS
You will need to respec out of the initial power you picked, but this can be done with starter money. Celestial Conduit attack power should get you to level 8 with minimal trouble. After that, the AoE attack you pick should take care of most of your troubles. At 11 pick Seraphim, switch to sentinel mode and destroy everything with that never ending stream of energy. Once in sentinel mode, you get a 20% energy cost discount on conviction which makes it quite a powerful self heal even if unranked early on.
On a side note, replace Conviction or Celestial Conduit with other powers from the celestial set should you not like them.
I wish I could go up to level 20, but the powers you pick after level 14 differ depending on playstyle, personnal preference and role wanted in teams (pure support or hybrid support-???).
